Course Objectives
This class focuses on the relationship and application of all of the AIAG Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP). A composite overview of the tools will outline how to improve your organization from quality planning all the way through the very important feedback process. Awareness of the tools as well as an in-depth look into each will allow you to implement and “connect the dots” in order to fulfill the requirements of ISO 9001:2015/IATF 16949.
Training is supported by examples of completed projects and forms. This class is a perfect opportunity to work on your own projects in order to reinforce what is learned.
** To accomplish the completion of these five courses in five days, the MSA and SPC courses are streamlined versions of their full courses. If the full versions of these courses are desired, the full Core Tools training will require 7 days. Please contact us for more details.
