Training Coordinator - Teams

Laurie began with QCTS in 2010 (while it was still the training division of The QC Group) by assisting in developing online, self-directed courses, and then shifted in 2014 to coordinate training for organizations. She is involved in everything from creating the training proposal to collecting course evaluations at the completion of training, and everything in between. She enjoys finding creative ways to meet customers’ specific training needs.

Personal Interests

Laurie likens her job to the art of juggling, as there are a lot of moving pieces to each training event. She feels uniquely prepared for this job from her role of “mom” to ten children, four of whom she’s still homeschooling. Outside of working and mothering, she keeps busy with church, gardening, and reading. “I’m never bored!”
