Laurie Grismore

Director of Operations

Laurie joined QCTS in 2010, when it was still part of The QC Group’s training division. Initially, she helped develop online, self-directed courses. In 2014, she transitioned to coordinating organizational training. Now, as Director of Operations, Laurie uses her extensive company knowledge and operational expertise to enhance learning experiences, promote sustainable growth for customers, and maintain QCTS’s position as a leader in training excellence.

Personal Interests

Laurie likens her job to the art of juggling, as there are a lot of moving pieces to each training event. She feels uniquely prepared for this job from her role of “mom” to ten children, three of whom she’s still homeschooling. Outside of working, mothering, and now “grandmothering,” she keeps busy with church, crocheting, and gardening. “I’m never bored!”
