- These ISO 9001:2015 (IATF 16949) standard training classes will be delivered in an instructor-led online format. After you register for a virtual course, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on the pre-work required and how to join the sessions. You will also get a reminder 1 week before the class begins with additional exercises to complete.

System Requirements
• Operating System: Windows 7 and up; or MAC OS X 10.13 and up;
• High-speed internet connection (2.5 Mbps download, 3.0 Mbps upload)
• Speakerphone or computer audio (VOIP). A telephone headset is recommended for optimal audio quality.
• Webcam is required to take an online proctored exam.
IATF 16949:2016 (formerly ISO/TS 16949) is the international quality management standard for the automotive industry. We offer a variety of courses by our industry experts to help you understand and audit to the standard. The virtual classes are certified by Exemplar Global.
