One tool to reduce stress and enhance performance is Mental Fitness, which is based on the NY times best-seller book “Positive Intelligence” and includes research from Stanford University with thousands of participants. In general, being ‘mentally fit’ is defined as your capacity to deal with life’s challenges in a positive way versus in a negative way.
