Course Summary
This course builds on the foundation of Basic Shop Math and explores some of the more advanced, yet common mathematical functions used in the manufacturing environment.
Target Audience
Production workers, machine operators, and inspection personnel will benefit from this course.
Course Objectives
This course gives workers a practical foundation in algebra, plane geometry and trigonometry. It allows them to solve equations and formulas, and calculate dimensions of the geometric shapes that represent most part features.
