Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer and Cancellation Policy

In some instances, due to circumstances beyond our control we may need to cancel or postpone a class. QC Training Services, Inc. cannot be held responsible for cancelled airfares, cancelled hotels or any other expenses incurred by the student due to cancellation of a class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event, or to change instructors. In most instances, we will know 2 to 3 weeks prior to the scheduled class date whether a given class is a go or is cancelled. Unfortunately there are times when these courses do not receive enough registrations to meet the minimum enrollment requirements. QC Training Services, Inc will make all attempts to notify students at the earliest possibility. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellations.

Payments

Payment in full must be received at least 5 business days prior to the first day of the class.

Cancellations

Cancellation fees will be as follows:

21 days prior to class: Full Refund
20 – 15 days prior: $50 administration fee*
14 – 10 days prior: 50% of registration cost*
Within 10 days: No Refund (100% of registration cost charged)*
